BLSA CEO Busi Mavuso said the acknowledgement by the government of the economic challenges that South Africa has is not enough, we have to move at a lightning speed to fend off the looming downgrade to junk status by Moody’s rating agency.
President Ramaphosa said the economy must be overhauled in order to create more growth and opportunities. This he said when he was addressing Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) Indaba this week which was described by BUSA President Sipho Pityana as ‘an important engagement with President Cyril Ramaphosa and his Cabinet colleagues.
